  • Work closely with contractors and internal teams to embed social performance expectations into day-to-day project activities.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, reporting requirements, action tracking and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with internal communications and workforce engagement initiatives that support the transition to operations.
  • Identify emerging social risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong organisational, analytical and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications and reporting systems; Power BI experience is desirable.
  • An understanding of community engagement practices, social performance principles and cultural heritage considerations.
  • A demonstrated commitment to actively engaging and being part of the North West Queensland community, building local relationships and contributing to Eva Copper’s long-term future in the region.
Why Join Us?
