Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead content direction and strategy for Supré social channels. You will own our social strategy, insights, and identify trends to drive conversation, brand affinity and conversion.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to shape content and identify growth opportunities. If you’re strategic with a creative eye and understand our customer, we’d love to hear from you.

• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, audiences and digital culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you obsessed with social media, the latest trends and what makes people stop scrolling? We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead the content direction and strategy for Supré social channels.

You’ll own our social strategy, insights and identify trends that our customer will love to drive conversation, brand affinity and conversion. Working with Brand, Creative and Digital teams, you’ll shape what we create, identify new opportunities for growth, and use performance insights to continually evolve our approach.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies for a consumer, fashion, lifestyle or youth-focused brand.
• Strong understanding of social platform ecosystems, content trends, audience behaviours and emerging digital culture.
• Experience creating content strategies and frameworks that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition and conversion.
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and translate insights into actionable social and content recommendations.
• Strong creative and editorial judgement, with experience shaping content direction and storytelling across social channels.
• Highly analytical, with confidence using performance data and audience insights to guide decision-making and optimise content strategies.
• Experience leading and briefing content creation, ensuring outputs align with brand objectives, platform best practice and audience expectations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives alongside day-to-day priorities.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z consumers, youth culture, fashion trends and the evolving social media landscape.
