Seven West Media Limited is seeking a Social Media Producer to join the 7NEWS digital team in Perth. You’ll turn daily news into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, working with journalists, producers and camera operators to reach audiences wherever they are.

Ideally you’re early in your career with a passion for news and a strong understanding of how audiences behave online, plus solid video editing skills using Premiere Pro and the ability to move quickly in a

As a Social Media Producer, you'll work at the intersection of journalism, social media and digital content, transforming the day's biggest news stories into engaging content for audiences across social and video platforms. Working alongside journalists, producers and camera operators, you'll help bring 7NEWS to audiences wherever they are, not just on television. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to combine a passion for news with a deep understanding of digital platforms and audience behaviour.
