Word Of Mouth Agency in Perth is seeking a Social Media Manager with account management experience who can craft content and grow accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will manage client relationships, develop engaging content, and coordinate across multiple brands from concept to scheduling.

The role requires hands-on video creation, copywriting, and willingness to expand skills in Paid Media, SEO, and broader digital strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms and brands.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand voice and grammar.
• Hands-on experience shooting/editing short-form video content.
• Exposure to Meta Ads and willingness to grow in paid digital.
• Curiosity for SEO and Google Ads; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Serve as primary contact for client communication and relationships.
• Create engaging content including captions, reels, stories, and posts from concept to scheduling.
• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and TikTok content with strong performance focus.
• Plan and manage content calendars across multiple clients.
• Write copy for organic social, ads, and blogs tailored to each brand voice.
• Develop and execute giveaways, competitions, and collaborations.
• Lead influencer research, outreach, and campaign management.
• Assist setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns.
• Contribute to broader digital strategies including Paid Media/SEO.
• Report monthly on social media and digital performance insights.
• Maintain and organise the digital content library.
• Support agency growth and team collaboration.
