Job summary

Future Proof, a Perth-based female-led boutique strategic brand and marketing agency, is seeking a hands-on content creator to manage social accounts for a portfolio of clients. This role is roughly 60% content creation and 40% social media marketing, offering direct mentorship and a collaborative, creative team environment at our Subiaco office.

You’ll work across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, shaping brand voices, capturing video, and delivering elevated visuals that resonate.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
• Proven portfolio of short-form video content.
• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms and brands.
• Proficiency with CapCut and Canva (or Adobe/Figma).
• Understanding of social strategy and how it drives performance.
• Strategic mindset linking creative thinking with commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn across multiple clients.
• Capture and edit high quality Reels, TikTok and static content.
• Write captions and scripts that match each brand voice, not a generic template.
• Design social feeds, highlights and stories.
• Contribute to social strategy and its impact on performance.
• Report monthly on social and digital performance and optimisation.
