ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who loves disrupting to create great work; someone who has a passion for social media, is a keen content creator, and has a knack for spotting the perfect influencer or creator.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute social-first content, as well as identifying and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Support development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and voice
• Manage proactive and reactive community management for key brands
• Analyse social media performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation and/or influencer marketing, ideally within a PR, advertising or social media agency
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Lo-fi content ideation and production
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for brand storytelling
• Ability to collaborate with team members, as well as work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
