Job summary

Azura Financial is seeking a part-time Social Media & Marketing Manager to own content end-to-end, 2–3 days per week, from ideation to filming on-location shoots with our Sydney broker, editing, publishing to Instagram and LinkedIn, and running paid Meta campaigns that convert.

Based in Sydney, you will develop a monthly content calendar, script reels and posts, film on location, edit for Reels and LinkedIn, and manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for a finance, property, real estate or lending brand.
• Finance or economics background preferred — a degree, prior role, or demonstrable understanding of markets.
• Demonstrated Meta Ads experience: campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting.
• Strong short-form video skills: filming, directing on-camera talent, editing Reels.
• Portfolio showing real follower and engagement growth.
• Excellent copywriting — hooks, captions and LinkedIn posts that stop the scroll.

Azura Financial is a Sydney-based mortgage broking business led by an experienced broker with 15 years in the industry. We're building a serious social media presence — one that generates real leads, builds genuine authority, and speaks directly to Sydney property buyers and investors. We're looking for a part-time Social Media & Marketing Manager — 2 to 3 days per week — who can own the content end-to-end: from ideation and scripting through to filming on-location shoots with our broker, editing, publishing to Instagram and LinkedIn, and running paid Meta campaigns that convert.

Key responsibilities

Develop a monthly content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn aligned to RBA decisions, market events, economic and property news

Ideate and script reels, carousels, stories and LinkedIn posts — finance-forward, audience-first

Film content on location with our broker (Eastern Suburbs, Sydney) — comfortable on camera direction and handheld shooting

Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels (captions, hooks, cuts, music) and adapt for LinkedIn

Build, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Instagram placement focus) — lead gen, awareness and retargeting

Monitor ad performance and report on CPL, reach, follower growth and engagement monthly

Translate government announcements, economic data and property market news into timely, shareable content

Manage Instagram and LinkedIn day-to-day including DMs, comments and community engagement

About you

Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for a finance, property, real estate or lending brand

Finance or economics background preferred — a degree, prior role, or demonstrable understanding of interest rates, property markets and lending concepts

Demonstrated Meta Ads experience: campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, lead form ads, retargeting

Strong short-form video skills: filming, directing on-camera talent, editing Reels (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

Portfolio showing real follower and engagement growth

Excellent copywriting — hooks, captions and LinkedIn posts that stop the scroll and build authority

Self-directed, proactive and able to work autonomously with minimal hand-holding

Based in Sydney with ability to attend periodic on-location shoot days in the Eastern Suburbs
