Job summary

Azora Finance Group seeks a Relationship Manager to grow our asset finance business across NSW. You will foster broker relationships, act as the primary contact for brokers, and tailor lending solutions to broker needs in a fast-growing, non-bank lending environment.

The role requires proven asset finance sales experience, strong commercial sense, and excellent communication. Permanent, full-time position with competitive remuneration.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with asset finance brokers across NSW.
• Become a trusted lending partner and first point of contact for your broker network.
• Understand each broker's business, customer base and lending requirements.
• Conduct periodic face-to-face broker meetings, visits and presentations, attend PD Days.
• Identify and onboard new broker relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with your broker portfolio by phone, email and digital channels.
• Follow up opportunities, applications and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with Credit, Settlements, Operations and Management to deliver outcomes for brokers and customers.
• Advocate for your brokers internally while maintaining sound commercial and credit judgement.

Azora is a fast growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to support our brokers and drive the continued growth of our Asset Finance business in NSW.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference

Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with asset finance brokers across NSW.

Become a trusted lending partner and first point of contact for your broker network.

Understand each broker's business, customer base and lending requirements.
