Working with marketing, ecommerce and creative teams, you will manage content planning, production and publishing while crafting compelling storytelling for seasonal campaigns and product stories.

Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting an Social & Digital Specialist for an Australian menswear brand, their designs are centred around the art of tailoring, natural fibres and enduring craftsmanship.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow the brands digital presence, leading the execution of social media, content and earned media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Brand and wider creative team, the Social & Digital Specialist will develop compelling brand storytelling across social and digital platforms while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brands premium positioning and values.

The successful talent will take ownership of the brands social media strategy, managing content planning, creation and publishing across multiple channels, while producing engaging imagery, video and copy that brings seasonal campaigns and product stories to life. In addition, the Social & Digital Specialist will build relationships with influencers, media and creative partners, securing impactful collaborations and digital PR opportunities that enhance brand visibility, audience growth and online performance.

The Social & Digital Specialist will combine creativity with a strong commercial mindset, using performance insights, platform analytics and emerging trends to continually optimise content and campaign effectiveness. Working collaboratively across marketing, ecommerce, retail and product teams, supporting integrated campaign execution, managing community engagement, overseeing influencer activity and contributing to SEO, GEO and broader digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement and brand growth.

The ideal talent will bring proven experience across social media, content creation and public relations within a luxury fashion or lifestyle brand. Creative, highly organised and commercially driven, the successful talent will possess exceptional storytelling skills, a strong understanding of the digital and media landscape and the ability to build meaningful relationships with influencers, media and internal stakeholders.
