Job summary

Proud Poppy Clothing on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Content Creator to capture daily content across our HQ, stores and warehouse, and help shape social media strategy.

You'll film Reels, TikToks and behind-the-scenes content, develop concepts for launches, monitor performance, and work with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life with a creative, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Based on the Gold Coast and available for hands-on content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with trending content sense.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded with a can-do attitude.
• Confident filming photo and video content across HQ, stores and warehouse.
• Organised and able to manage multiple content priorities with good communication.

This is a hands-on role based in our Burleigh Heads HQ, focused on creating engaging content and helping shape Proud Poppy's social media strategy. You'll be responsible for capturing daily content across our HQ, stores and warehouse, creating Reels, TikToks and behind-the-scenes content, and working closely with the wider team to showcase products, launches and the Proud Poppy brand. Alongside content creation, you'll stay across social trends, sounds and opportunities, help plan upcoming content and campaigns, develop creative concepts and monitor what's performing across our channels. You'll work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life, track social performance and identify what's working, what isn't and where we can improve.
