Permanent | North Sydney, Hybrid
Caroma is one of Australia's leading bathroom brands and part of GWA Group. We design products for everyday life and keep things simple, practical and well made. We're looking for someone to own how our brands show up online - especially across social.
This is a hands-on role where you'll create content from start to finish. We're looking for a social-first content creator with strong video editing skills who can turn existing footage, imagery and creative assets into engaging content for our channels. You'll develop ideas, edit content, optimise it for each platform and get it live, ensuring every piece is designed to connect with the right audience. While filming and pre/post-production are part of the role, the primary focus is creating high-performing content from existing assets and bringing social-first storytelling to life. You'll also keep an eye on what's working and what's not, and adjust your content as you go. In this role, you will support content for campaigns, events and product launches.
You're practical, creative and comfortable getting stuck in.
Most importantly, you care about making content that drive social/digital engagement - not just content that looks good.
You'll work on well-known brands and see your content live in market. You'll have real ownership of our social content and the chance to shape how we grow online.
