Job summary

Varsity in Perth is seeking a Social Content Creator to capture what makes Varsity Perth's best sports bar. You'll produce photo and video content across social media and digital platforms.

Work with the marketing team to shoot, edit and deliver high-quality video, photography, Reels and other social-first content for campaigns, events and venue openings. This hands-on role travels between venues, capturing live moments and helping grow Varsity’s audience with authentic storytelling and a fun,

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of content creation experience.
• Strong storytelling with a scroll-stopping eye.
• Confident in shooting and editing content on phone and camera.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop or similar tools.
• Excellent communication with venue teams, chefs and creators in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, entertainment, sport or nightlife culture.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video, photography, Reels and social-first content across Varsity venues.
• Capture menu items, arcade highlights, events and live moments.
• Plan and deliver content for campaigns, promotions, openings and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the social content calendar across Perth venues.
• Create engaging organic content to grow Varsity’s audience and community.
• Support content needs across paid social, website, EDMs and other channels.
• Work with venue teams and partners to uncover stories and opportunities.
• Coordinate creator and influencer visits and partnerships.
• Travel between Varsity venues as required.
• Flexibility to work outside traditional hours for events and nights.
