Job summary

Greenbank Services Club is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Content Creator to own the club’s online presence across multiple platforms. You will craft engaging content that captures the energy of the venue and showcases events, dining, entertainment and community involvement to members and guests.

The role requires creating posts and short-form videos, managing platforms, and supporting ad campaigns. A flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends for club events.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong photography and videography skills to capture in-venue content.
• Ability to create reels, short-form videos and engaging visual content.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the club’s social and digital platforms across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, TripAdvisor and Google Business.
• Capture fresh photo and video content in venue on a regular basis.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
• Promote the club’s events, promotions, food and beverage offers, entertainment, functions, gaming promotions and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information, imagery and promotional content across all digital channels.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends and audience engagement.
• Support the delivery of advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google where required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure content is timely, relevant and aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor digital activity and contribute ideas to improve engagement, reach and brand presence.
