Mane Consulting is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for the Private Equity Division in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering NAV and unit pricing for private capital clients, reviewing trial balances, and handling fee calculations and investment accruals.

The candidate will provide SME oversight of Private Capital SLAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage client inquiries. Onboarding new assets and contributing to strategic initiatives are also key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Degree/CPA or equivalent with relevant financial services qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting and investment reporting tightly aligned with private capital.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with EFront FIA is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Unit Pricing and NAV reporting for Private Capital clients, including final trial balances and fee calculations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and review operational functions under Private Capital SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous process improvements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client queries related to Private Equity activities and assets.
• Assist onboarding of new assets, system setup, and coordination with internal/external parties.
• Contribute to strategic internal/external initiatives and input on new business developments.
• Support implementation of operational risk framework and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

A Global Investment Manager requires a skilled Senior Fund Accountant in the Private Equity Division for an exciting phase of growth and development.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Deliver of both Unit Pricing and NAV reporting for Private Capital Clients – including preparation and/or review of final trial balances and fee calculations , investment accruals
• Provides subject matter expertise and reviewing operational functions with respect to Private Capital Service Level Agreements
• Strong knowledge of all regulatory and statutory requirements with continuos optimisation of business improvements processes
• Primary point of contact for all client queries in relation Private Equity activities and specific assets
• Assist in the on boarding of new assets including system setup, review of documentation, and liaising with related internal and external counterparties in a timely manner
• Active contribution across strategic internal and external initiatives and providing input regarding new business developments
• Ensuring implementation of operational risk framework and regulatory requirements

ABOUT YOU

• Degree/CPA qualified with 4-8 years’ experience in Fund Accounting/Investment Reporting Sector
• Knowledge of the Private Capital and Alternative assets landscape welcome
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communications skills
• Experience of EFRONT FIA beneficial
