Colonial Group’s Adelaide District Store is seeking a hands-on Stock Manager for a part-time role (26 hours per week) to lead stock flow and support daily store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, work with a high-energy team and help drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Full availability to work 38 hours per week.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passion for sneakers and streetwear.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and share your passion for premium products.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the management team with team leadership, coaching and daily store operations.
• Manage high volumes of stock, ensuring accuracy, organisation and efficient stock flow.
• Picking, packing and dispatching online orders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including late-night trade.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and overall store presentation.
• Bring a positive, CAN-DO attitude to every shift and lead by example on the shop floor.
