William Buck is seeking a graduate to join the Superannuation team, focusing on SMSF administration and compliance. You will learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in tax obligations and financial reporting while guiding clients within legal SMSF frameworks.

The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, structured learning through the national Graduate College, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar with Accounting major.
• Detail oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently but also collaborative within a team.
• Excited to gain exposure to diverse range of clients and industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, annual returns and compliance documentation for SMSFs.
• Assist with the preparation of workpapers, reconciliations and maintaining client files.
• Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation legislation.
• Liaise with auditors, clients and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify information.
• Maintain accurate and up-date SMSF records using specialist software.
• Participate in internal training and development sessions to build your technical and professional skills.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across service lines where needed.
