Job summary

William Buck is seeking a casual role within its SMSF team in Sydney. The successful candidate will support financial wellbeing by administering SMSFs, ensuring tax and superannuation compliance, and maintaining client files from day one.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and participate in ongoing training while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture at William Buck.

Qualifications

• Degree focused on Business/Commerce/Economics with a major in Accounting
• Detail oriented and eager to learn
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, annual returns and SMSF compliance documentation
• Assist with workpapers, reconciliations and client file maintenance
• Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation legislation
• Liaise with auditors, clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain SMSF records using specialist software
• Participate in internal training to build skills
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture across service lines
