Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer for a site-based role in Roma, QLD. You will lead and coordinate site support across Quality, Technical, Planning and Commercial, supporting plans, budgets and schedules while handling project data, reporting and commercial documentation.

You will participate in client and contractor meetings, provide practical solutions, and support tender submissions and project execution.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (P6/Scheduler) and Quality Assurance is advantageous.
• Proven Oil & Gas experience, ideally within CSG.
• On-site engineering experience servicing the resources sector.
• Strong written and technical communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Commitment to safety and to working in Australia.

About the Candidate

• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally within CSG.
• Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (Australian recognised).
• P6/Scheduler and Quality Assurance experience highly advantageous.
• Experience working in an on-site engineering position, servicing the resources sector.
• Strong, clear written and technical skills.
• Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.
• Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Work Environment

Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Upstream CSG team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

This is a site-based role in the Roma region (QLD), working a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and will see you working closely with a key client.
