Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Upstream CSG team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This is a site-based role in the Roma region (QLD), working a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and will see you working closely with a key client.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Australian recognised).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or resources sectors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Support tender submissions and execution phases.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.
