Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox in the Mackay regional area is seeking a Sales Assistant who puts customers first and creates a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will provide high levels of customer service, handle cash and EFTPOS, learn product knowledge across all pillars, maintain store standards and assist with merchandising.

You will work toward budgets and KPIs, help with stock control and quality management, and follow WHS and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and the ability to engage with customers in a busy retail setting.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS accuracy.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across all pillars of the business.
• Maintaining store standards and assisting with merchandising.

Your Role
