Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient customer service across our store. You will learn product knowledge across all pillars of the business and contribute to a clean, well-presented trading environment that supports our fast-paced retail culture.

The role requires handling EFTPOS and cash with accuracy, maintaining store standards, and contributing to KPIs while ensuring compliance with WHS and security guidelines.

Qualifications
