Qualifications

• Experience in product management, portfolio management or a related commercial product leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong capability to translate customer and market insights into prioritised product requirements and recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
• Desirable: exposure to connected access technologies, cybersecurity considerations, and digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead portfolio performance reviews to identify growth, investment and optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions and future development.
• Translate customer problems, market trends and business priorities into clear product requirements and business cases.
• Drive new product initiatives from proposal development through validation, launch and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product outcomes and launch readiness.
• Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory developments and competitive activity to maintain portfolio relevance.
• Manage product lifecycle decisions including investment, remediation, rationalisation and end-of-life planning.
