YOUR ROLE

As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service operations run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing PowerVac products across Western Australia. This role requires strong technical expertise, a customer‑focused approach, and excellent communication skills to maximise operational efficiency, minimise costs, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults across the full range of PowerVac products.
• Perform preventative maintenance, machine inspections, warranty repairs, and breakdown repairs.
• Complete all service-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring records are detailed and up to date.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while adhering to company procedures and safety requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

You are organised, proactive, and mechanically minded, with a hands‑on approach to your work.
