Cpapshop in Cairns is seeking a Sleep Apnoea Consultant for a flexible part-time role (~2 days per week). You will educate patients, guide CPAP use, and coordinate care with GPs and sleep specialists to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sleep medicine or respiratory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations with patients presenting with sleep apnoea.
• Educate patients about sleep apnoea and treatment options.
• Demonstrate proper use of CPAP devices and equipment.
• Monitor progress and compliance with treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with GPs and sleep specialists for coordinated care.
• Assist patients with enquiries regarding sleep apnoea management and equipment.
