L’Occitane Australia & New Zealand is seeking a part-time Boutique Beauty Advisor to join our team in Willoughby. You’ll elevate our skincare range through personalised consultations, tailored guest experiences, and engagement in boutique events, driving growth and guest satisfaction.

With a minimum of two years in retail or beauty therapy, you’ll be a team player who delivers exceptional service, demonstrates skincare techniques, and upholds our sustainability values and in-store standards.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years retail or beauty therapy experience.
• You are a team player, professional and results driven.
• You deliver exceptional guest experience
• Demonstration of practical ability of skincare demonstrations/consultations (comfortable touching a client’s skin)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver precious signature moments like hand massages, beauty consultations and facials.
• Develop and share expertise in L'Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clientele systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
