Job summary

Fresh & Save Eagleby is seeking a skilled baker to join our full-time team at the Eagleby store. You will produce bakery products from scratch, including breads, cakes and sweet treats, and help maintain high quality daily.

We are looking for a trade-qualified baker with experience in scratch production, who can read, execute and troubleshoot recipes, manage production sheets, and uphold Food Safety and WH&S standards while supporting all bakery areas.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified with experience in scratch bakery production.
• Skilled in reading, executing, and troubleshooting recipes.
• Familiar with production sheets and workflow management.
• Focused on product quality, merchandising, and minimising shrink.
• Hands-on, flexible, and willing to assist across all areas of the bakery.
• Committed to Food Safety and WH&S standards.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

About the role

Fresh & Save Eagleby has a full-production bakery, creating some products from scratch along with a wide range of breads, cakes, and sweet treats. We're looking for a skilled, qualified baker to join our team and help deliver high-quality bakery products every day.

Full-Time 38 Hours (includes a Weekend day)
