Shine Coating Pty Ltd in Golden Square VIC is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The role covers surface preparation, interior and exterior painting, applying protective coatings, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Painting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, filling and cleaning.
• Apply paint, primers, varnishes and protective coatings.
• Mix and match paints to achieve required colours and finishes.
• Use brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
• Repair cracks, holes and other surface imperfections.
• Protect floors, furniture and surrounding areas during painting.
• Inspect completed work to ensure a quality finish.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
