Job summary

JBS Australia in Brooklyn, VIC seeks experienced Skilled Meat Workers for full-time roles. The positions offer annual salaries from $79,423 to $90,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience and skill, with overtime potential.

Responsibilities include adhering to WH&S and Quality procedures, working in teams, and performing slaughtering, boning, slicing and sawing duties with high precision. Relevant Cert 3 meat processing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing.
• Certificate III Meat Processing or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of different rotations and shift patterns.
• Strong knife sharpening skills.
• Understanding of quality requirements and WH&S procedures.
