Job summary

Fletcher International Exports is seeking skilled meat workers for permanent, full-time roles at our large-scale Dubbo processing facility. Positions include Boners, Slicers and Slaughterers, with duties ranging from breaking down carcasses to evisceration.

Responsibilities

• Boners and Slicers – breaking down carcasses by removing bones and slicing meat.
• Slaughterers – handling livestock processing, hide removal, and evisceration.
