Job summary

Local Workforce Hire in Sydney, NSW is seeking experienced General Labourer or Trade Assistant for ongoing casual work with reputable clients across construction and related industries. Immediate start with consistent weekly pay and strong pathways to permanent employment.

You will perform site prep, material handling and assist trades on a variety of projects, wearing PPE and following safety requirements. Reliable transport and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
