Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants to provide support across landscaping, construction and manufacturing sites in NSW. Immediate starts and consistent shifts with weekly pay and potential permanent placements.

You will handle site prep, material handling, and assist qualified tradespeople, with PPE required and a valid Construction White Card. A current driver license and reliable transport are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
