Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing site work across construction and related trades in NSW. Earn consistent weekly pay with $35.11 per hour plus super and a daily travel allowance. Immediate start with pathways to permanent employment for reliable workers.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of relevant experience, a Construction White Card, and a current Driver Licence with reliable transport. PPE is required and provided by you.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport are highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs, and shopfitting projects.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties.
• Site preparation and cleanup, manual handling, and material movement.
• Unloading containers and supporting material handling on site.
