Job summary

Civelite in Geelong, VIC, is seeking a skilled Civil Labourer to join our team on-site. The role requires practical experience in civil construction, a current driver's licence, physical fitness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Key tasks include bulk, general and detailed excavation, drainage work, subgrade treatments, and crushed rock placement across our projects. A construction induction card and the ability to obtain a Working With Children\'s Check are

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction.
• Hold a current driver\'s license.
• Be physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Hold a construction induction card.
• Have or be able to obtain a Working with Children\'s Check.
• HR truck license is preferred but not essential.
• Machinery tickets are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Bulk excavation across project sites.
• General excavation and site preparation.
• Detailed excavation work where required.
• Drainage installation and maintenance.
• Subgrade treatments to specification.
• Crushed rock placement and compaction.

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Labourer to join the team. The requirements for the role are as below.

• Experience in civil construction
• Machinery tickets (not essential)
• Hold a current driver's licence
• Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Be able to work solely as well with others
• Hold a construction induction card
• Have or be able to obtain a working with children's check
• HR truck license (preferred, not essential)
