Job summary

Dsa Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a Civil Labourer to provide hands-on support on our civil construction projects. The role focuses on manual labour, site preparation, and assisting plant operators to ensure timely delivery of works.

The successful candidate will bring prior civil construction experience, be punctual and reliable, with good physical fitness and strong communication skills to work both independently and as part of a site crew.

• Demonstrated experience in civil construction.
• Punctual, reliable and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labour.

• Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment and assisting plant operators
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures
• Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines
• Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery
• Operate small plant as required
