Order and select timber and materials; prepare layouts for projects. Cut materials, assemble, and nail-cut and shaped parts. Build framework and roof structures, lay sub-flooring and floorboards, and ensure structural accuracy.

Nail fascia panels, sheath roofs, fit exterior wall cladding, and install door and window frames. Assemble pre-cut wood to form structures and fittings ready for installation. Cut wood joints and may construct concrete formwork.

Repair existing fittings and work with plastic laminates, Perspex, and metals.

Qualification & Experience Requirements Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience in carpentry. Tertiary education in the relevant field i.e Carpentry or Building Construction Detailed understanding of the occupation including hazard management.

White Card mandatory Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
