Job summary

Nationwide Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our Impound and Storage operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and customer‑focused outcomes.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day site operations, manage vehicles, coordinate staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, well‑presented site.

As our operations continue to grow in Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our Impound and Storage operations. This newly created role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, people and processes, ensuring vehicles are managed safely, compliantly and in line with customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with operational leadership experience who enjoys a hands-on environment and is passionate about safety, customer service and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of our impound and storage facility, ensuring operational performance, compliance and customer service standards are consistently achieved.

• The ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Sound administrative and reporting capability.
• A strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A hands‑on leadership style with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
