Job summary

Built is seeking a Site Supervisor to take ownership of the on-site delivery of large-scale data centre projects at Marsden Park. You will coordinate daily activities, lead subcontractors and trades, and ensure work is completed safely, on program and to high standards.

With a trade background and knowledge of drawings, specs and HSE, you will drive delivery, maintain documentation and collaborate with the project team to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Trade background with on-site supervision experience.
• Experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, and delivery practices.
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects on site — coordinating daily activities, leading subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, and to a high standard.

Working closely with the wider project team, you’ll take ownership of your work area, build strong relationships across the site, and keep momentum against key milestones.

In this role, you will:

• Drive site safety and compliance, supporting a strong safety culture

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership presence on site and knows how to keep teams aligned and productive.

You will bring:

• A trade background, with further qualifications in Construction Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site delivery practices
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
