Job summary

Built is seeking a Site Supervisor to take ownership of a work zone on large-scale data centre projects in Marsden Park. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on program, and to a high standard.

Working closely with the project team, you will monitor progress against milestones, review drawings and specifications, and drive a strong safety culture while maintaining quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Trade background in construction with relevant on-site experience, and desirable Construction Management qualifications.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects on site and coordinating multiple trades.
• Solid knowledge of drawings, specifications, and site delivery practices.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site and maintain program.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects on site — coordinating daily activities, leading subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, and to a high standard.

Working closely with the wider project team, you'll take ownership of your work area, build strong relationships across the site, and keep momentum against key milestones.

In this role, you will:

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership presence on site and knows how to keep teams aligned and productive.

You will bring:

• A trade background, with further qualifications in Construction Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site delivery practices
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
