Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, directing subbies and trade teams to meet project programs.
• Implement QA procedures and sign-offs across substrate prep, repairs, waterproofing and rectifications.
• Enforce site safety, SWMS compliance and high-risk work procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, strata managers, engineers and superintendents.
• Track materials, variations and milestones with the Project Manager.

• Package: $140,000 – $180,000 + Super + Company Car / Vehicle Allowance

About the Opportunities:

We are currently partnering with several leading, rapidly growing Remedial Head Contractors across Sydney. Due to an influx of secured Class 2 multi-residential projects, we are seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers at various stages of their careers to lead active sites across Greater Sydney and the Northern Beaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day site operations, directing specialist subbies and trade teams to ensure project programs are met safely and efficiently.
• Class 2 Compliance & QA: Implement rigorous quality control procedures and step-by-step QA sign-offs across substrate prep, concrete spall repairs, waterproofing, and structural rectifications in line with Class 2 / DBP standards.
• WHS Oversight: Enforce strict site safety, environmental controls, SWMS compliance, and high-risk work procedures (scaffolding, swing stages, work at heights).
• Resident & Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, professional communication with live-in residents, strata managers, engineers, and superintendents to ensure minimal disruption.
• Progress & Logistics: Work closely with the Project Manager to track material deliveries, site variations, and project milestones.

What We Are Looking For:

• Remedial Class 2 Experience: Essential hands-on experience working on Class 2 residential remedial projects (concrete repair, waterproofing, facade restoration, building rectifications).
• Trade Background: A qualified trade background (Carpentry, Waterproofing, or Building Trades) is highly desirable.
• Experience Tiers: Open to candidates ranging from experienced Site Supervisors ready to progress to seasoned Senior Site Managers.
• Technical Sharpness: Strong understanding of diagnostic reports, structural repair details, and Australian Standards.
• Tickets & Credentials: Valid NSW White Card, full Driver's Licence, and Working at Heights certification.
