Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Australia is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead building-services installation and commissioning on a major healthcare construction project. You will guide service crews, manage sequencing and interfaces, and plan daily operations on site.

The role requires coordinating with designers, suppliers and project stakeholders, interpreting drawings, monitoring progress and costs, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering milestones on time.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising building-services works on healthcare or comparable projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and compliance.
• Ability to interpret design documents, drawings and specifications.

The Opportunity

Coordinate building-services installation and subsequent commissioning on a major healthcare construction project.

• Lead service crews and subcontractors and manage sequencing and technical interfaces.
• Plan short-term activities and maintain safe, efficient daily site operations.
• Review designs and drawings and resolve site challenges with project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress, handover and project reports and monitor costs within authority.
• Guide the workforce through testing, commissioning and milestone delivery.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• Experience supervising building-services works on healthcare or comparable construction projects valued at $300 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and relevant compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading site crews, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Relevant construction qualification and White Card.
• Strong coordination, risk management, planning and problem-solving.
