We’ve built a strong reputation with a number of SEQ’s best builders by caring deeply about our work and our people. Now, as our operations expand across the Sunshine Coast and broader SEQ footprint, we are seeking a driven, hands‑on Site Supervisor to take full ownership of our field performance and workforce culture.
In this role, you won’t just manage schedules - you’ll be on the ground driving accountability, resetting poor site habits, and elevating our installation teams to deliver uncompromised quality, strict safety, and reliable site logistics.

you’ll be working with the full backing of the owners of the business and surrounded by a great team, who’ll work with you to implement standards and processes that support your objectives.
Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting high-output installers (the "7-footers") who take personal pride in fast, clean, zero-defect execution.
Onboarding new hires, conducting hands‑on field training, and continually refining the technical speed and quality of our existing installer workforce.
Fostering an autonomous, high‑accountability team culture where standards are high, work is completed on time, and excuses aren’t accepted.
Pre-checking sites before crews arrive to ensure access, safety compliance, and correct material drops are sorted—eliminating crew downtime.
Conducting regular, rigorous site inspections to ensure all installs pass builder checks on the first pass.
Serving as the primary professional point of contact for builder Site Managers and Project Coordinators—building long‑term trust and ensuring smooth job sign‑offs.

Demonstrated track record of recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing high‑output tradespeople or site crews.
Sharp eye for detail with a personal drive to coach installers toward zero-defect standards.
Ability to deliver constructive feedback, motivate team members, and build strong professional relationships with builder Site Managers.
Comfortable using digital site apps/tablets for job sign-offs, QA checklists, and photo logs.
you are open to learning and also identifying and sharing concepts that bring continuous improvement and efficiencies to the business.
Valid White Card and a current, clean Australian Driver’s License (essential).
