Job summary

Brunel Civil is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil works in Western Sydney. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers to deliver subdivision and bulk earthworks on schedule and to specification.

You will read plans, manage the programme, drive safety, quality and productivity, and liaise with Project Managers and clients. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Supervisor experience with a civil contractor.
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and subdivision projects.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors and large plant.
• Able to read plans and manage programme requirements.
• Australian citizen / NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident

Take control of day to day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on programme and to specification.

A well established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across Western Sydney. Projects include large scale residential developments, commercial subdivisions and associated civil infrastructure

• Experience managing crews, subcontractors and large volumes of plant.
• Able to read plans, manage programme requirements and run a site independently.
• Practical, hands on and comfortable taking ownership of site delivery.
• Must be an Australian Citizen / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
