Job summary

BLN Business Services Pty Ltd – Newcastle NSW is seeking a Site Supervisor to suit our client's requirements. You will oversee multiple projects and lead site teams in residential and commercial construction around the Newcastle Hunter region.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent time management, and the ability to read drawings and navigate WHS, environmental and quality systems. Relocation support may be offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent ability to read architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Possess a valid NSW Driver’s License, White Card & First Aid Certificate.

Currently we are actively seeking a Site Supervisor to suit our clients requirements.

They are local to the Newcastle area with a strong focus in commercial construction.

Projects

Our projects encompass a variety of areas, including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, construction, historical restorations, residential builds, and beyond. Our clientele consists of sectors such as retail, commercial, institutional, education, and government.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated super star who thrives on a diverse role. Our office is based in Newcastle Surrounds but our projects can be anywhere within the Hunter / Newcastle Region.

Ideally you will live locally or be open to a relocation to the area (relocation support may be offered for the right candidate).

In this role you will be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing multiple projects.

Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite

Managing site crews & Subcontractors, deliveries, materials, safety, ITPs and SWMS.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
