WorkPac is seeking Mechanical & Structural Site Supervisors for Mackay operations, overseeing shutdown works across Wash Plants in the Bowen Basin. You will lead mechanical crews on 12-hour shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple mine sites.
Ideal candidates have exposure to mining shutdowns, strong leadership, and current S1-S3 and G2 certifications, plus Coal Board Medical or ability to obtain one and a valid driver’s licence.
WorkPac is currently seeking experienced Mechanical & Structural Site Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple mine sites.
Working 12-hour shifts on shutdown-specific rosters, you'll lead mechanical crews across predominantly Wash Plant shutdowns, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. With multiple back-to-back shutdowns already scheduled, this role offers consistent ongoing opportunities.
