Commerce Building Services is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee domestic and commercial construction repairs, ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion onsite. You will engage trades, prepare schedules and manage budgets to deliver quality outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability with problem-solving skills and holds a C Class driving licence, ready to work on site with a proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building works in keeping with scope and budget.
• Compile and deliver accurate budget breakdowns.
• Deliver to the business successful project results.
• Supervise and manage projects with timely and profitable delivery.
• Plan, schedule and drive multiple small to medium domestic and commercial projects.
• Ensure budgets are met to maintain profitability on jobs.
• Drive, manage and adhere to safety processes on all jobs.
• Accurately forecast and achieve forecasted completion dates.
• Ensure revenue targets and other KPIs are met.
• Understand construction processes, inspection points, permits and WHS requirements.

The Opportunity

The role is responsible for the timely and cost-efficient completion of awarded building projects. Working onsite to deliver building work on domestic and commercial construction repairs. The Supervisor is responsible for engaging trades, preparing project schedules and managing the budgets to ensure the timely delivery of quality building products for our clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Deliver building works in keeping with the scope of works and allocated budget.
• Compile and deliver accurate budget breakdowns.
• Deliver to the business successful project results.
• Supervise and manage projects with timely and profitable delivery of construction works.
• Plan, schedule and drive multiple small to medium domestic and commercial construction projects.
• Ensure budgets are met to ensure profitability on jobs.
• Drive, manage and adhere company safety processes on all jobs.
• Accurately forecast and achieve forecasted completion dates.
• Ensure revenue targets and other KPIs are met as required.
• Have a detailed understanding and experience in the construction process, critical inspection points, permit requirements and WHS requirements.
