Job summary

Alete Homes is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades across the Greater Adelaide region. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards and compliance.

You will inspect sites, manage schedules, read plans, and report progress to project managers. A White Card and valid driver’s license are essential, with additional trade qualifications considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Site Supervisor or similar (scheduling role or trade background).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and WHS regulations.
• Strong communication skills to work with trades and suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Valid White Card and a valid Driver’s license; trade qualification is a bonus.

Job description

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering quality construction projects, on time, and within budget. You'll coordinate trades and manage site activities from start to finish. You will be working across the Greater Adelaide Region, so traveling to different areas will occur depending on build locations.

Report progress to project managers and upper management

About you

Prior experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role, such as a scheduling role or trade background

Basic knowledge of construction processes and WHS regulations

Communication skills to enable positive relationships with trades and suppliers

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Valid White Card and Driver's licence

Any relevant trade qualification or building certification is a bonus

Full support from management and internal staff
