Products for Industry (PFi) is a Brisbane-based engineering business delivering custom engineering and site services. We are seeking a Site Services Manager to lead and grow our mechanical site delivery function.

You will oversee five streams across Industrial, Maintenance, Food & Pharma, Pipework and Construction, and become the senior client contact. You will shape the operating model, mentor site leaders, influence pre-sales estimates, ensure safety and profitability, and report to the

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical site delivery across five streams — mobilising crews safely and completing every job to standard.
• Be the point of contact for site works requests, resourcing and scheduling them to the right team.
• Own site mobilisation readiness — access, permits, inductions, SWMS, tooling, plant and workforce.
• Lead WHS visibly on every site: Work Safe, Home Safe.
• Deliver to budget — track utilisation, resourcing and skillset to plan and keep fixed-price work within budgeted hours.
• Provide early input at pre-sales so estimates reflect how the job will really run.
• Manage client relationships and align with their expectations.
• Check and approve employee timesheets.
• Develop and mentor your Site Supervisors, Leading Hands and Trades.

Our vision is to be an industry leader in project delivery and asset management and Site Services is the delivery engine that makes it happen on our clients' sites.

We're looking for a Site Services Manager to lead and grow our mechanical site delivery function.

About the role

Reporting to the Manufacturing and Site Operations Manager, you'll lead site delivery across five streams — Industrial, Maintenance, Food & Pharma, Pipework and Construction — each with a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand and workforce pool.

You'll be the single point every site works request comes to, and you'll own how safely, how well, and how profitably those jobs get delivered.

This is a leadership role with genuine scope to build. You'll shape the operating model, develop your site leaders, have early input into how work is priced and won, and be the senior point our clients deal with.

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical site delivery across five streams — mobilising crews safely and completing every job to standard

About you

• Proven experience leading mechanical site delivery, maintenance or construction crews in an industrial environment
• Strong site mobilisation, safety and completion discipline across multiple concurrent jobs and sites
• Commercial awareness — budgeted hours, utilisation, scope control and variations
• A manager who can create structure, resource to workload and develop people
• A calm decision-maker under pressure who can coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
• A mechanical trade or operational background with strong field credibility
• Experience across food, pharma, industrial, pipework or construction sites, and exposure to fixed-price delivery, will be well regarded.
