Job summary

ATCO Gas Australia is seeking a Planner for a busy 12-month fixed-term contract in Western Australia. You will manage site works requests, create and track work orders, and collaborate with field teams and internal departments to maintain service delivery and a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while using multiple IT systems and MS Office 365. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, planning or scheduling role.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence working across multiple IT systems and databases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
• SAP experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and create work orders for site-based activities.
• Manage incoming enquiries and prioritise requests through a shared Outlook mailbox.
• Dispatch and monitor work orders, ensuring activities are completed and closed out accurately.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain workflow and meet service delivery targets.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with procurement activities.
• Support reporting, data analysis and the maintenance of accurate operational records.
