Job summary

ATCO Gas Australia is seeking a Planner on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Western Australia. You will coordinate site works, create and monitor work orders, and ensure timely support for customers and stakeholders, working closely with field teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, planning or scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with multiple IT systems and databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and create work orders for site-based activities.
• Manage enquiries and prioritise requests through shared channels.
• Dispatch and monitor work orders; ensure completion and close-out.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain workflow and meet targets.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist procurement.
• Support reporting, data analysis and maintenance of records.
