Job summary

Randstad is seeking a WHS professional to oversee and implement safety management systems on NSW construction sites. You will conduct daily site inspections, perform risk assessments and SWMS reviews for major subcontractors, and manage high-risk activities such as crane operations and excavations.

You will lead site inductions, toolbox talks and investigations while fostering a positive safety culture among site personnel and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing WHS systems aligned with NSW legislation.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and SWMS reviews.
• Proven track record leading toolbox talks and inductions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement WHS management systems in line with NSW legislation and company policies.
